Born and raised in Vancouver. Graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree specializing in Urban Land Economics. Licensed since 1983 and attained Agent (9.15) designation in 1985.
My sales career began in 1983 with a National Real Estate firm in Vancouver. In 1989, I was Career Development Manager of the North Shore and Coquitlam offices. In 1990, I became Manager of the Chinatown office. Missing the hands-on activity of sales for 4 years I returned to it in 1993 choosing the highly successful, full service, motivated team of Dexter Associates Realty.
Over the years my sales have primarily been in Vancouver but many have also been in North Vancouver, Burnaby, and Richmond. To ensure I continue to provide the best market insight for my clients I spend approx. 25% of my time on Commercial properties (mostly Multi-family apartment buildings) and the balance of 75% on the Residential home market (condominiums and houses).
I believe in providing my clients with the information, resources, assistance and hopefully an intuitive feel for the market so that the client can then comfortably make their best-informed decision.
